AWESOME! After researching homes in Texas from California on the internet, my wife and I found a house that we were interested in that was being offered by Schultz Texas Properties. We contacted Lori, luckily for us it was the best call we made. Even though that house was not the perfect home, Lori continued to research houses that met our criteria and her tireless energy and effort led us to our new home. Her honesty, knowledge, hard work and friendly disposition made looking for just the right home a pure pleasure. She is quick to respond to all forms of communication which ultimately makes you feel as if you are her only client. We worked with Lori Schultz to buy a small home in Bastrop. I thought it might be too small a request to interest an agency that handles large acreage, but we were treated like our hunt for a house was very important. We worked by email at first, then i made a trip to look at several choices. Lori had an efficient route mapped and had all the info we needed on each property. She helped us all the way through closing. Very professional. Very personable. We felt well cared for.

Lori and Scott and their agents worked very hard to sell two larger tracts of land for our family. The process was complicated, but Scott and Lori stood by us every step of the way. One tract of land included an older home and the other had a creek bottom and bordered a railroad. Scott and Lori and their agents worked diligently to take potential buyer inquiries and show the property. I have confidence in the firm, and I value and trust the honesty and professionalism. We were so fortunate to have made the decision to call Schultz Texas properties when we decided to sell our ranch. We were more fortunate that Ronda Dobos took our call that day. She made an appointment to come to the ranch and list our place the very next day. Ronda hustled and got our place up on several listing websites. She also got a couple signs up within a couple days. Ronda made it clear that she was working for us and she was right! We had our place listed with a couple different agencies and felt the agent was working for the buyer. Ronda also gave us some tips on negotiating for the the property we ended up buying. She made it to all closings and answered all questions for us. The ranch we purchased was around the Waco area and she spent lots of time showing properties in that area. I sent her numerous text messages with questions and she always immediately got back with me. You have an outstanding agent with Ronda. We consider her a friend.

I cant say THANK YOU enough to Tammy Kasper for helping my wife and I find our dream property! After losing several properties to all cash offers, we were beyond frustrated, but Tammy kept telling us to be patient and the right property will come along eventually. When that property did come along, my wife and I were out of town....but Tammy took it upon herself to drive out to the listing in Smithville (on a Saturday) and take pictures and videos so she could send them to us. That extra effort solidified her as a top notch agent in my book. We made an offer about an hour later and went to contract almost immediately.Im certain we wouldve lost the property if Tammy wouldnt of stepped up like she did. Additionally, she was ALWAYS available and prompt via text or email anytime we had questions or concerns during the escrow period. I could not have ask for a better agent. She was very knowledgeable, always available & a genuine young lady! She has turned into a good friend and I still bug her. My wife and I moved to the area in November 2017. We were in need of a place to rent QUICKLY! Fortunately, a friend of ours from Giddings referred us to Lori Shultz and the folks at Shultz Texas Properties. I honestly dont know what we would have done without them. They found us a great rental and have facilitated our needs further by finding us a more permanent property. Lori has kept us informed educated thru each process.
