Rylie was my realtor on my first home purchase! She made the process very easy and was very knowledgeable of the industry! The biggest thing that I appreciated about her was her communication. If I had any questions or concerns (and I had a lot) she would respond within the hour if not instantly! She is a fighter! She fought for me tooth and nail and got me a great price on my first home! The final thing she was very helpful with was not only the transaction side of the process, but also helping me with getting insurance and pre-approval! 10/10 would recommend!

Rylie is amazing and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. We were moving from California to Texas and needed someone who could communicate effectively, be on top of everything, and to be honest, who didnt have a snobby attitude like the one we originally started working with. Our expectations were very high after having been through 8 home purchases and 9 home sales. We had the absolute best agent in CA who, over the years, has become a very good friend, so the bar was set high. She was actually the one that found Rylie (along with 2 other agents for us to choose from) through a referral network and passed along her contact info. I never even contacted the other 2 agents because I knew from my very first phone conversation with Rylie that she was exactly the kind of person that we were looking for-she was very friendly and personable, extremely knowledgable, and she explained her business model and how she does things. She actually listened to what we had to say and assured us that she would work closely with us to keep us informed and made us feel totally comfortable with buying a home without seeing it in person. She went to see 2 homes for us within 24 hours and took full videos so we could tour them virtually. Throughout the whole transaction, she was very responsive by phone and text and she addressed every concern and hiccup that came up and got them resolved quickly. We were very fortunate to have found her and would most definitely use her again.
