Kim Sinnott is the best in the business. She has helped me sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses. She has a creative eye and can see the potential and limitations (or red flags) of a house. She was able to help us find the perfect house and really understood what we were looking for. She’s very knowledgeable and really understands the business, from finding a house, marketing a house, contract negotiation, translating inspection reports and even making contractor recommendations, she makes the laborious process seem easy. She is exceptionally responsive and patient. Not only would I refer a friend to Kim, I have referred many, including my mother.
