We had never bought a house before. We had no clue where to start. So like most people, we started with the internet listings on Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. One of our first houses was an open house in Plano where we met Sarah Halterman. She was so knowledgeable and willing to explain the house hunting game to us. We left the showing with a great vibe about Sarah. The next day we had a bad experience with another realtor. We knew right away we wanted Sarah to be our realtor. We went back to the house where we met Sarah and asked her to represent us in the buying process. I can’t tell you how much she did for us. We found a house right away. There were many issues to get to the signing date. Sarah was a champ. She walked us through the ups and downs, got us a fair deal, and never left us hanging. We took off for Florida for a week two days after closing and Sarah watched out for our new home as the plumbers finished up. I can’t recommend anyone more if you’re looking for a realtor who will go to bat for you. Sarah made buying our first home a pleasure and an absolute breeze.
