Sarah Conway is a consummate professional!Sarah completed the purchase of my home smoothly and efficiently. All of my questions and concerns were promptly answered. Sarah always went the extra mile with follow thru; I was impressed!My home was then rented out but that was a chronic headache with the rental agencies that were managing the property. I finally decided to take over managing my own property but as this was a new endeavor for me, I asked Sarah to give me some pointers to avoid pitfalls. Once again, Sarah came thru with flying colors!! Not only did she list my home on the various sites, but also walked me thru the process of managing, setting me up with a reliable handyman, suggested resources I should read to learn about rental property management, and walked me thru some things that I didnt understand and ALWAYS expeditiously returned by calls within a day. We loved working with Sarah Conway and her team! She was a great help with staging the house and advising us on which updates to the house would be more likely to get a return on our investment. Once we were ready to list, we received two full-price offers within 24 hours of our house hitting the market! Sarah was also a great help throughout the closing process, and was always available to answer questions and concerns. I truly value all that she and her team did to sell our house.
