Ive been knowing Rob and Becky for over 16 years. They were a blessing sent my way and carry themselves professionally and have always had my family at heart when looking to help us out. Rob and Becky recently helped me sell the house. This power couple of Sandefur Realtors knows what they are doing and help you to navigate through the process. As a Realtor when everything goes wrong can help you navigate back to the calm shore. This sale was extremely difficult dealing with the buyer and the buyers agent. But the weight was never too heavy for their shoulders to bear. They stood up for us and closed the deal. Even though the buyer was willing to walk away, Rob and Becky never blinked an eye. I trusted them to stand pack with us as a team together. We never worried but did all we could to the best of our ability. Rob Sandefur is the best of the best - Ive bought and sold a lot of houses over the years but by far, he is the most professional, organized and client centric realtor Ive met. As we all know, the market is crazy still but Rob understood all the logistics when selling my house. After handling the quick sell, he got to work finding me a house. Patient and wanting to make sure the house I bought was right for me, he helped me find the perfect one! Becky his right hand person, was there to coordinate all the moving pieces, keeping everyone (including me!) on track and we closed within 3 weeks! So I was curious about a listing and they did a showing. I went and I saw and liked the house, I told the realtor that my wife would be coming to see it and that she would be looking like a soccer player since she was coming from one of her games. She went, saw and liked the house as well. Rob Sandefur, was patient with us as we looked through any house before we saw this one, so I called Rob and I told him, hey we liked a house. He immediately got into his car and drove just before the closing time of the showing, met with the realtor and a few days later we were buying a house. Thats Rob! He brings to the table great quality of service, knowledge and professionalism. He is our guy!
