Sandee was my friend before she became my realtor. It was an easy decision to hire her and her company to handle the sale of my home. Sandee knows the market so well, she was able to price my house and understood how much equity I had accumulated even after only 8 years of owning it. I had multiple offers the first day of it hitting the MLS, of course took the one that was over asking price. The day after closing, I received the 6 figure sum Sandee said would be mine after all the mortgage and fees were paid. Do yourself a favor and hire Sandee and her team to sell your home. Sandee worked hard for me in 2020 to get my house sold, but it just wasnt the year. I put it up for rent and when it was time again in 2020, Sandee quickly took everything from last year and got it right back on the market. She worked with me as well as the renters that were still there to get showings in. It only took 3 for it to go under contract and Sandee continued to be in close contact and take care of everything. I couldnt be more happy with her involvement, professionalism, and expertise!

We had our house with another realtor who couldnt even get us traffic, much less a sell it. Sandee came to us after the listing was dropped with a full plan on how we would sell our house.Additionally I felt the previous price was under priced for the sq ft of the house. Sandee was the only of 3 realtors we interviewed who agreed, and we went UP 15k when we relisted the house with Sandee. There was a 50k difference between Sandee and what the others we interviewed had for a price on the house. But Sandee was convinced she could sell it and we gave her a chance.When we put the house up for sale in March we had lots of traffic then BOOM covid-19 hit. That did not stop Sandee from getting our house sold! By mid-April we had an offer and while it wasnt full asking price it was well above the original asking price we had put with the 1st realtor.Some of the things I LOVED about Sandee was that if I asked a question, she would always give me her professional opinion. From pricing to curtain she would let us know what she thought was the best for us. I appreciated that from her.Second she was always available. If I wanted to pass something by her I would just text or IM her and she would call me back shortly so we could talk.Third, her initial pictures, videos and walk through were marketing 401. She has this stuff down pat!! Shes way ahead of her contemporaries and it showed in how much traffic and interest we had in our house.Sandees personality is great to be around. A go getter! My neighbors across the street had put their house up for sale with another agency and it was moving at a snail’s pace. I saw that they switched to Sandee Payne and the day after they contacted Sandee and she put her sign up it was under contract.Fast forward a couple of years later and I was ready to sell my house. It was my first sale ever and I am so happy I kept her contact information to sell my house. I had gone to a couple of other agencies but it seemed that I was on their time line and I played the waiting game with them. When I contacted Sandee she said she could be there the next day. It seemed that she had a plan developed even before I selected her to help me. This was and is the standard she set with every aspect of the house selling.I love that our first meeting was not trying to impress me with her company or achievements but it was right to the meet and potatoes of what she can do for me and the house and how much we could profit. There were no hidden fees or “maybe this or maybe that”, it was bottom line upfront. However, she also did not speak over the client and actually allowed me to voice my concerns and gave wicked good recommendations for the house.This was the first time I was selling a house and her entire team seemed to drop whatever they were working on to answer any and all questions. As a first-time seller she definitely did not think that there were “no dumb questions” which put me at ease. The entire crew is very professional but yet it seems as if you have known them for years; as if you were talking to old friends.Other agencies seem want to use old information/data but Sandees team stated that nothing old would be used. Everything with the sales ad was up-to-date, which is also a huge benefit to the potential buyers. My husband and I were looking to relocate back to Harker Heights as my hubby is Military. One of my best friends that I have known since school (lol) was knows Sandee. She came highly recommended and of course we loved her. It was hard at first because of the market being so CRAZY but Sandee reassured me that everything was going to work out and be okay. Shes an amazing WOMAN!! We loved working with her. Aweso.e personality and definitely listens to what her customers want and there needs.
