Also, she was able to negotiate and work on our behalf, making sure we got the best possible deal! Her level of professionalism yet friendly and caring disposition gave us a sense of easement and assurance, which is needed when buying a home! Since day one Samaria has given us nothing short of extraordinary 5 star service. Anytime we had questions regardless of the time or day she promptly responded. Samaria never once made us feel as any question was a stupid question. She made our home buying journey as stressless as possible. Samaria is an honest realtor and has your best interest in everything. Never once did we feel like we were rushed or ignored during the process. Samaria availability was amazing. She worked around our busy schedules every single time and never once told us she wasn’t available. Some days we would spend hours going to showings. Samaria is a beautiful person inside and out. We spoke with a few other realtors but Samaria stuck out. What Samaria does is more then just a profession to her it’s her passion. If we ever purchase another home we will definitely be reaching out to Samaria again. She is the best in the DFW area.

Over the years I have worked with several real estate agents in different parts of the country and have no hesitation to say that Samaria is one of the best. She stands out in terms of the service she provides. She takes keen interest in the house purchase and tries to get you the best deal possible. She gives so much attention to the process that it gives you the impression that she is making the purchase for herself. I am a very picky buyer and have very thoroughly inspected all the previous properties I have ever acquired. However, she garnered so much trust in her and her judgment that I did not hesitate to purchase the house without even looking at it. Samaria represented clients who built a custom home with me. In this situation, so many realtors completely disappear after the contract is signed - and I dont hear from them again until its time to close and collect a commission. Not Samaria! She was involved through the entire build process and even accompanied her clients to the selections appointment. She went above and beyond when we had some struggles with the buyers lender so that they were able to close on time. She handled every situation with poise, grace, and a refreshing sense of humor - and was always available to both her clients and me when I needed her input. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, or wanting to build a custom home. She was an absolute joy to work with and is always looking out for her clients best interests!
