Katharine assisted us with the purchase of our first home after we PCSd to Cannon AFB. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Closing was quick (less than 30 days) and and her home inspection referral, Bob Linn, was awesome. She helped facilitate the process of getting the repairs we requested in a timely manner.

I had to find a house in one day and was working with three agencies. Weichert was courteous and accommodating, sometimes meeting me at a perspective home with only 15 minutes notice. They are pet friendly and we found a lovely home with a big back yard and a doggy door. Then they provided me with a private room and a computer to use at their office so that I could fill out the forms and we were approved in just a few hours. Great service so far! October of 2017Update- One year later. Great company to work with. Repair services have been handled quickly and professionally. Also, an outside company came in the check out insulation. It was an elaborate procedure with electronics and a crew of 3. The house tested as very well insulated and they made minor repairs (caulking around vents) when here. Thats the kind of thing thats not required, to my knowledge, and makes for a nicer environment. October of 2018

We had our house on the market with another realtor and was having a horrid experience. After having enough, I called Katherine and explained we were now living out of state but wanting to find someone new to sale our house and explained if she was willing to take on our house I would need her to be willing to pick up our keys and garage door opener from the first realtor. She didnt even bat an eye at it. She was VERY responsive, I mean within 1 hour max she was responding to EVERYTHING - text, email phone call! She was on top of and tended to every detail with a professional swiftness! After getting our house inspected we found damage to the roof, and once we had the appraisal from our insurance she had a roofer there the next day fixing it! I HIGHLY recommend her, and EXTREMELY grateful we switched. I just wish we had started out with her originally! I get flustered really easily with all the legal language so if she sent me something I needed to sign all I had to do was text her saying I dont understand what Im signing and she was able to break it down to where I understood every single time. She is very personable and very easy to work with! I cannot give her enough praise or stars for her work with us! Thank you, Katherine!!

Weve been working with Katherine Fly for two years since we moved here and she has been instrumental in 4 of our flips in the local area. She has presented deals as well as managed to sell these properties in a very timely manner. She is available and very knowledgeable about the market. She consistently goes the extra mile by providing valuable insight regarding for repairs and property condition as well. We couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable agent for our real estate investing endeavors.

My daughter rents from them . They dont do any repairs unless the homeowner gives them the ok. My daughter has been waiting almost a year to have her ceiling fixed in kitchen. It has mold and the tiles are so old they told her they have asbestos. She has 2 young girls,3 and 4 years old. Also mice when she moved in. But I spoke to a girl that works there and she was really nice. I think her name is Ashley G.

I not only rented from these guys but purchased the house I was renting,anytime I had a maintence issue I called and Carolyn had it taken care of. They are very good at maintaining the rental properties they manage.The ease of paying the rent everything is online,so anything goes wrong jump on the net a quick note and they send someone out.I read some reviews but I never had the same experience mine was positive.So I would recommend them as a rental company or if your looking to buy Katherine and her team are very helpful.so I give them a ten...

We havent even moved in, yet, but Im loving the professionalism and renter friendly options. Ive been emailing property managers for a few months and Sagebrush was the fastest to get back to me and start showing us places. They also make everything doable online, which I love. Ill update after a few months.

We’ve had pretty great luck with Sagebrush in managing our rental property. They have had some recent staff changes which have been overall a great experience. My renters have been happy with getting repairs done in a timely manner from them and they keep me (as the owner) in the communication loop.

Great so far with property management - two properties since my family is out of state currently.. great service and good communication which I have always heard property management is garbage at.
