    We were connected with Kenny by a friend and from the minute he reached out on the initial phone call he was so great to work with. He truly listened to what we were looking for and hoping for and asked really insightful and focused questions, and then listened closely to our replies.     We had a great experience working with Shaina and the Moats team to purchase our home in SW Austin. They were professional, responsive, and diligent.     Maritza is the hardest working, most knowledgeable real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. We saw almost a dozen houses and went under contract twice. With each house, she was thorough, communicative, quick to get inspections ordered, helped us with contractors (electrical, plumbing, and general), and was even able to remotely show us a few properties that we couldn’t make it out to see in person. We looked for 2 years in a different market, and Maritza had us under contract in San Antonio in 30 days. The greatest!!

    Brittany Ward was absolutely AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and very calm with the whole process! I loved how she made us feel like her #1 priority 100% of the time.     Brittany is the most professional and overachieving broker we have ever worked with. She is super responsive, thorough, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We were relocating from Chicago to Austin and before we even met, Brittany provided a detailed itinerary of neighborhoods, restaurants, and local hot spots we should check out to get to know the city. This gave us some time on our own to explore and Brittany was then able to respond to our reflections and questions with feedback, answers, and insight that helped us quickly narrow down the neighborhoods that we were most interested in. After a couple days of touring and showings with Brittany, we fell in love with a house and she made 100% sure that we secured our dream home.
