Ryan and his Team are the best team in real estate. They are interested in one thing - doing right by their clients! When looking to purchase property for our dream business, we were up to our ears in information overload until we found Ryan. He was incredibly helpful in our selection process and provided so many tips on what to avoid and what to jump on when we saw it. We probably saved $200,000 because of his expertise being applied to our individual needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ryan and his team are awesome! We had to sell our rental home from a distance, which was a challenge. Sherry in his Seller Care department is amazing. She truly went above and beyond in keeping us informed through the process and connecting us with home cleaning and repair providers to help us manage our home while it was vacant. We cant thank her enough! Angelica even helped select beautiful flooring for the home when we couldnt do it from a distance. We followed all of Ryans advice and the home was under contract within a week of marketing. Ryan has impressive negotiating skills and gracefully walked us through some rough patches. He and his team treat your home as if it were their own. We knew we were in good hands through the entire process.

I’m not sure if I can accurately convey how awesome Ryan Smith’s team is, but I’ll try.I met Kim, my realitor, in the beginning of my home buying journey nearly 8 months before I closed on the house I eventually purchased. By chance I drove by a beautiful home and called the number on the board in the yard. It was later in the day on a Friday and the receptionist kindly advise the woman selling the home was not available, but there was someone who could come in her place. I was there waiting at the house with my children. Kim showed up and was so full of energy and kindness. I really was expecting whoever showed up to be perturbed that I called rather late in the day on a Friday. Not only was she kind to me, but my kids fell in love with her. As a mom, how your kids react to people speaks volumes. Needless to say this home didn’t pan out.A few moths passed as I would drive around to houses as I saw them pop up, not wanting to waste anyone’s time. I called Kim back as I told her I would (I wanted to be loyal, as I know how difficult and cut throat the realestate industry can be). She asked if she could sit down with me and better understand my wants and needs, so she could be on the look out for me. Reluctantly I let her. I truly didn’t want her to put in too much effort into the situation, as I know how picky I am.She found me a house I fell in love with. We went several times, she even prayed over the home with me, my husband and children. Sadly I didn’t get an offer in time. She knew how heart broken I was and promised to find me my forever home.Fast forward a few more months and she came through with her promise. She was so incredibly patient with me. She listen to, and answers all my questions. If she didn’t know them, she consulted her team and found out.When we went into the office to sign the initial papers my children were with me playing in the room. The TV wasn’t working and Ryan himself went and fixed it for us. The entire team was kind, patient, understanding this was our first home, and was there every single step of the way. I never once felt I was alone. And trust, I had 10000 questions. I’m extremely analytical and take time to make big decisions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.I sincerely would suggest this team for your home buying adventure. They truly are one in a million. Although this was my first home, I have heard horror stories about other people’s experiences.I hope Ryan reads this and sees how much he hit the ball out of the park with Kim. She’s not only the woman who found me my one, she’s now my friend. Thank you all for everything you did for my family! I cannot ever thank you enough.
