Ryan was there every step of the way while making my home purchase. He provided excellent insight into the condition of properties that we toured. He was patient and provided great feedback to questions I asked. He coordinated with the seller throughout the process and helped negotiate. Ryan is very responsive and will work hard for you. I am very pleased with everything that Ryan did and had an excellent experience working with him.

Ryan, Overall the best realtor Ive ever worked with. During our search, I requested SEVERAL homes to view and not always at very convenient times. Ryan worked magic sometimes with the other agents to get us in for viewing. He researched the addresses much more than I expected. Ryan is super pleasant to work with, positive attitude, even when I was a hard customer to deal with. Im sure eventually Ill need a realtor again, and he will be my first call.

Our family first chose to use Scott Real Estate after finding some reviews on line that showed them to be the best in the HEB area. We were referred to Ryan Morris by Scott, because he was going to be out of town during the time we were going to be looking for our PERFECT home. We were set up online to look at homes and looked at over 500 online that met our minimum requirements. Ryan went above and beyond what anyone as a realtor should have to do. He was the perfect liason between our lenders, our title company, and the sellers realtors. He showed us upwards of 40 homes (some of which he picked me up at my apartment for) and listened to us say no several times. Ryan showed us that he was a top tier realtor over and over again, always on top of sending us comps or more details on properties we wished to pursue, and he ended up negotiating a deal for our family that exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor that knows the DFW market, will fight for you, and will pay attention to your needs... Read no other reviews and just give Ryan a call, you will not regret it. Our family of three was new to Texas and Ryan made us feel right at home, our small family now has the priviledge of calling Ryan and his wife not only our Realtor, but also our friends. Five stars! My husband and I were buying our first house together so we had know idea where to even start. We interviewed a few realtors and felt like we would be just another customer and be swept under the rug for a novice realtor to pick us up. Then we stumbled upon the Morris Team. Ryan is an absolutely fantastic realtor! He was always available if and when we need him. He was honest, punctual, respectful and very knowledgeable (He has 10 years of experience flipping, purchasing, and selling homes). Since we were first time buyers, we didnt know what we dont know so Ryan took his time with us to explain things that we wouldnt have even thought of asking. He also set us up with a really great lender as well. Whether you are buying or selling, THIS IS YOUR GUY! I will recommend him until the day he retires.

First off, this review was completely unsolicited by Ryan- in fact, we insisted on doing it for him.I gave Ryan 5 stars, but in doing so I feel like I’m cheating him- I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could. He was a fantastic buyer agent for us- he is super knowledgeable (he is a landlord and real estate flipper as well as a realtor) and gave us good, solid, objective advice that was absolutely invaluable in helping us to find the right home. He was always easy to get ahold of (very important in this fast-moving real estate market) and available to tour homes with us. And I was especially grateful for his negotiating skills, which really made the difference in our bid being accepted over 5 other offers!Long story short: there is just no way that my family and I would have been able to buy our home without Ryan. He really is the ideal buyer agent. And as an added bonus, he’s also a really nice guy! You will enjoy working with him-and now, even after we have bought our new home, we consider him a friend. Really, the only negative I can say is that he just doesn’t advertise enough.So while all of his 5 star reviews may seem padded or fake, we can assure you they are not. They are all for real. If you are looking to buy a home, go with Ryan. Really, you will not be disappointed!

Working with Ryan was an Outstanding experience! Our purchase was remote, and we came to Texas only for two days on the weekend. Ryan was able to set up more the ten homes for us to look at and spent the whole weekend with us showing us houses. It was our first purchase, so we were not familiar with the process at all and Ryan was very transparent and supportive throughout the whole process even beyond closing! Excellent communicator, very thorough, very responsive to both phone and email, always makes sure you get the best experience and the best deal! We highly recommend his services to everyone!

Upon first talking to Ryan I knew that we were in good hands. Ryan and his wife Sydney made every step of the process easy and understandable. I had some idea on what to expect as a first-time homeowner after reading online, but I don’t think our home buying process would have gone as smoothly without Ryan & Sydney. And we’re grateful to him for introducing us to our go-to general contractor! Sydney although pregnant, made sure that we were taken care of and still checked in with us. There aren’t enough good things I can say about Ryan. He helped us purchase our first home just this past December. I was expecting the process to be long and awful, but Ryan made it simple and easy. He was worked around our schedule and always responded promptly to any questions we had. He provides honest feedback, listens to your concerns, and always looks out for your interests. He was available via email, call, or text and when we placed the initial offer on our home he worked very late into the night to help us negotiate our offer. We asked a lot of Ryan (we closed on our home in two weeks with a VA loan) and I feel we we’re only able to do so because we had such an amazing agent and lender team. He introduced us to our lender—Commercial Bank of Texas—and Heather and company made magic happen and they were just as available for questions and concerns as Ryan. We are literally living in our dream home at the moment and it’s all thanks to Ryan and his team. Look no further, you can do no better. He will 100% work hard for you and your family.

I highly recommend Ryan, and the team in the office. We had trouble with financing our first go around, and Ryan did everything possible to help us out. He jumped through hoops trying to make it work.Now, a little later Ryan and his team helped my family out again to find our home after I got my issues fixed. Highly professional and very informative, amazing service makes you feel like your first class here!!! Never treated rudely, and enjoyed working with him. I would give more stars here if I could. Ryan was more than patient when we had to bring our kids, and never made us feel pressured at any point. I recommend leaving your kids at home of course, as you want all your attention on the home obviously. lol Thank you Ryan.

First off, I really hope I dont get smacked for waiting so long to do this 😅. Its taken me about.... A year to write this.... But in the best way possible. I could not be where I am today if it wasnt for Ryan. First home buying is already stressful, but Ryan took the cake in going above an beyond for us. Heres what we went through... Started with a company (that rhymes with pocket porridge...) Kind of experienced sketchy things with said company, was DROPPED from said company due to their OWN sketchiness (in the midst of finalizing everything for our dream home), and Ryan was able to find someone to close in less than 2 weeks. All that was AFTER we found our house. Before that, if we wanted to see something that came on the market, hed be sure to be available that night to go and show. If we had questions about a house we were on the fence on, hed tell it like it is and not sugar coat anything. He took the time to explain the home buying process each and every step of the way and Im so thankful. We are in our first house and loving every bit of it. USE RYAN! Read this one, I promise its helpful !!You dont know me, you may not know Ryan... DONT LET THAT STOP YOU…Get to know the man. He helped me and my fiancé find a great place that fits us perfectly. But many realtors can do that. What they cant do, give EXPERT advice from years of selling houses, that has shown results to help us.Not only did he help us find ours, but was the best source of phenomenal advice. Due to his years of experience, his advice was able to help us make a large profit on the house we sold (that he didnt list because it was in Tyler, TX). Ryan went out of his way to help us for several other things, and above all....HE GIVES YOU HIS EXPERT OPINION. For anyone who hasnt bought many houses this was a HUGE help. That was a rant, but you will not be disappointed with Ryan.
