Tray is the best realtor!!! He is very professional and gives great attention to detail PLUS he truly Cares about his clients. We connected with Tray in 2022 with our first purchase in Austin, Texas. He knew we were looking for an investment property when the perfect property for us became available we were able to make the purchase after we paid cash in just 7 days. With his help we made the renovations necessary and got us a tenant right away, he has been here since then, also he’s currently managing the property while we are traveling for work. Tray made the nerve wrecking process of buying a home much easier! Looked at homes a few years ago but I wasn’t fully prepared, two years later I was ready so I reached out for his guidance and expertise. He helped me find the perfect home and even helped get more incentives than originally offered by the builder. My MANY questions were answered promptly, which was much appreciated as I was a worrywart at times. My first time home buying experience was great, I recommend Tray to anyone who asks.

Tray’s communication, negotiation skills, market knowledge, and how he takes his time to genuinely explain everything to ensure you understand is above and beyond. 5 stars for Tim and Tray for helping our family to find the perfect Home on Inks Lake in Burnet County. Any decent realtor can show you houses and help you put together an offer, but where Tim and Tray really shine is in their knowledge of the different neighborhoods and in what to look for and what to avoid in a lake house.We really appreciated their help managing the process around our septic tank. With Tims connections, he was able to quickly get a septic engineer and inspector out to our property (between winter storms) so we understood the cost of fixing septic issues before our escrow period ended.Tim and Tray have continued to help post-closing - they came by to show us how to winterize the home, have been there to meet service people whove come by when we arent there, answered our endless questions, etc.We are so happy that we found Tim and Tray and definitely we recommend them to anyone else looking to buy in Texas.

We were referred to Tray and Tim by a friend. Being first time home buyers we had lots of questions and concerns on how to go about things. Tray and Tim were always so quick to respond and never made us feel like we were asking the wrong questions. Always answered us with honesty and made us feel comfortable. We worked with Tim in selling our 2 houses in San Marcos and Burnet. Our house in San Marcos was listed by his team in August and the sales was competed in November. Tim was transparent, straightforward and fair. most of all, he is skilled in managing expectations in a rather unique market environment. We highly recommend Tim and if/when we return to Burnet County, we would most definitely work with Tim again.
