Russell Harper is one of a kind! He was very helpful and honest. When looking to buy a house you need some one who is going to have the best interest for you not look at you as just another sell. Russell was just that for us, he answered ever question we had for him any time of day. He was also willing to work around our schedule and accommodate whenever needed. He was very calm when everyone else freaked out because he knows what he’s doing! He is someone we feel we will continue to go through, thank you Russell for all your help through this process!

Russell Harper was amazing to work with. He took his time to explain the entire process of selling a house to me and my wife. He was able to sell our home in less than a week, and even got us more than what we were expecting. Russell Harper made the selling of my home a much simpler and easier process than I could have ever imagined. With a little more than a weeks notice and my move 2,000 miles away, Russell remained vigilant and kept every promise that he made. Moreover, he sold my home within the time frame that we discussed and for a fair price. If I were to return to the El Paso area, he would definitely be my realtor of choice. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was professional, transparent, and provided outstanding customer service.

We interviewed 4 different Agents and e felt that Russell had the most experience, best character, and had our best interest in mind. Russell Helped us in purchasing our home. First, he identified that the house was placed over value base on home sale comparisons. Second, he helped us compare three different lenders that helped us get approved the same day. Third, he identified the correct inspector to use that identified a problem with the home that was previously missed with Sellers original inspection of the home. We are beyond grateful to Russel for making this experience an educational one, a peaceful one, and cost saving one. We Saved over 25,000 dollars because of Russels expertise. Thanks Russell

We have done business with his wife, Mari Harper, who sold out commercial building as well. They are such great people to work with! His outgoing personality, the warming vibes and his interesting in helping us find our home is what led to years of a business relationship. Russell and his team helped me with the property management of my first/investment home as well. It was also a pleasure working with Cynthia Alegre, the property manager for my investment home. Clear View Realty is full of caring and professional individuals. I recently sold my first home. Russell ensured I got my moneys worth with his negotiating skills and character. Russell Harper handled the sale of my deceased cousinss house in El Paso, TX, while I was in Florida. This is not an easy situation but Russell was so much help in finding contractors, people to clean up the house and yard, to get the house ready to sell. The whole sale process took under 30 days start to finish and we were very satisfied with the final sale price. I highly recommend Russell Harper for realtor services. Being active duty military living over 2,000 miles away from our new home it was essential we dealt with someone we could trust. From day one of our search Russell was honest and upfront in every dealing we had with him. He was available to video conference whenever we wanted to look at a home. He showed us around the home and afterwards gave us helpful feedback based on the goals we wanted to accomplish with our purchase. We will use Russsell for all of our future real estate needs in El Paso.

My wife and I could not recommend Russell and his team more.This is our second home we have sold. Our first home in Tennessee led us through a not so great experience with a realtor that priced our home too high and six months later we ended up with another realtor who finally priced our home correctly and we ended up losing months of mortgage and tax payments when it finally sold.Fast forward 10 years to our west side El Paso home. After meeting with multiple realtors who tried to sell us on a fantasy price for our home, we met with Russell. Russell gave us the market comparisons and was direct with what he thought was a realistic price was for our home. The priced we picked was perfect backed by the market data. Three weeks later we had a contract. Closed in less than two months. No extra months on the market or wasted mortgage payments. Russell personally kept us informed in every step of the process even as we ourselves were preparing to move from El Paso. This is exactly what we wanted and needed from Russell.Bottom line, Russell is a great realtor who knows the El Paso market, no matter what region of the city. He was honest, never late in responding (as other realtors we interviewed were), and we could not have asked for more. He showed up when we were unavailable and promptly explained every part of the process, including inspection, appraisal and closing. Again, we recommend him fully.Extra note: Our neighbors house (different realtor) sold within 20 days of ours after they changed their price due to our sale.

Being a new, confused, and scared home buyer, Russell came in and showed me the basic in’s and out’s for what to look for in a house. He was always available and would answer any question no matter how big or small. In the rare event when he wasnt available, he never let us miss a potential property without seeing it and would have a colleague of his take his place for the time being.
