This was our second time asking Troy to help us with our home search.Several years ago, we were first time home buyers and Troy worked hard in a rough market to find us exactly what we needed. He advised us on putting in the right offer to land the home of our dreams in a tough sellers market. We loved that home for almost 8 years before deciding that we needed more space.Troy again represented us in both the sale of our first home and the buying process for our new home.He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to promptly look at any new home on the market. He was in constant communication and often found listings to view that were not yet available online. We had a rare sale-by-owner situation and he handled it with ease! He was communicative, professional, and helpful at every step of the process. On the selling side, he was very knowledgeable on the things we should and shouldnt spend our money on in order to get our house ready to go on the market.We will continue to use Troy for all of our real estate needs in the future.
