Much can be said about Ronnie and the excellent service he provided us in buying our home. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had so many questions about the process and not only was Ronnie able to answer every one of them, he was able to do so in a timely manner but also with patients and very knowledgeable and easy to understand explanations. Ronnie was friendly through the whole process and we definitely felt like he was on our side. We looked at homes for only two days but Ronnie wasnt afraid to tell us when something was off with the house, saving us time and potentially many problems in the future. We can honestly say, Ronnie was definitely not just trying to make a sale. We ended up setting on a home that is perfect for our family and we are truly grateful to have had Ronnie in our corner through the process. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a realtor.

I can sum up our experience having Ronnie as our home buying concierge in one word: EXCEPTIONAL. Ronnie was patient with us in our endless and oftentimes unrealistic expectations. The journey was manageable and enjoyable—especially with Ronnie on our side. Right from the very first time meeting him, I loved his energy! Ronnie excelled in fulfilling our needs and made us feel as comfortable as possible. The entire process was easy any questions we had along the way, Ronnie addressed. For reference, we are first time homebuyers and used a VA loan. If you have been on the fence about buying your first home, this is your sign to jump head first and JUST DO IT! Ronnie was recommended to us by one of my fathers friends, and it was an excellent recommendation. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. Ronnie was amazing and made our home buying experience incredibly easy. He made us feel welcome on the first day we met, and his knowledge made it much easier to select a house out of the ones we wanted to look at and options he included in showings. He kept us in the loop on every step of the process with great communication. Once we selected a house, he got us through all paperwork and any changes painlessly and answered any and all questions we had. We hit a couple of delays getting our previous house sold but he kept us appraised of any issues and made sure we stayed on top of everything getting us a couple of extensions on our contract to make sure we had our deal. Ronnie was a absolute pleasure to deal with and talk to during our purchase.Thank you for all the work you put in for us during our home buying process Ronnie. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks for suggestions on realtors.

First of all, I can’t stop praising God enough. He has truly worked all types of miracles within my family circle the past few weeks.Long story short, me and my husband was originally was looking at house that was 50 years old, was a beautiful remodel, and unfortunately was originally denied at a very high interest rate by our primary bank.Said bank told us we wasn’t ready and pretty much there was no chance of getting approved for a house— that was beginning of August. It was very disappointing, but we prayed about it and allowed God to work. Ronnie Godfrey told us not to worry about that denial and gave us some contact information for his people and we went from there.Within a week, we were approved by TWO different lenders with a much lower interest rates than what we were laughed out the bank for. Nothing at all had changed financially or credit wise.———then God stepped in again to let us know he wasn’t done and showed us a brand new build, less than 9 months old that we came across on Ronnie’s company page of listings.We decided to pursue with the new build and closed on our forever home the first week of October.I am truly in awe by Gods work. He is so amazing. Continue to put God first in all you do!None of this would have been possible without Ronnie and his team. They were truly amazing and it was fairly stress free process compared to horror stories I’ve heard from other 1st home buyers.You won’t be disappointed with Ronnie in your corner!

Ronnie is an awesome agent and is definitely super helpful. When asking about homes, he was prompt with getting us our showings and worked with our very wacky military schedule. Not only did he help us see every house we were interested in, he also gave us honest information on every house we looked at so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. The integrity team was also super prompt when we had questions and helped in Ronnie’s absence if he was ever busy. If / when we decide we want something else later down the road I would definitely be looking for Ronnie and the integrity team again and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Ronnie is an all around good agent to have in your corner, let him know what i wanted and how i wanted it done and he accomplished that plus somethings i didnt know i wanted. He was able to get me into a home during a very hard economic crisis when the market was in a state of chaos. He pointed out concerns in every home and helped us narrow it down to our dream home in Gilmer. Hes professional, personable, responsive, and has a lot of great local contacts. Ronnie is awesome. He was a tremendous help with my VA loan. The Buying experience is never a fun one, but Ronnie took great care of us. The sellers didnt do all the repairs they were supposed to but Ronnie went above and beyond to get those repairs done. Highly recommend for Veterans. Go see Ronnie he will take care of you!

Ronnie is absolutely the best, I dont have a single negative thing to say about working with him. We looked at countless houses together, some of which were a distance aways. I really appreciated that Ronnie was very straightforward about every house we looked at. I didnt feel like he was in the business just to sell any house the way some realtors are, he genuinely wanted us to be satisfied with the house we chose. He didnt try to push us into anything. We will miss house hunting with him now that weve found our home! 10/10, zero negative feedback to give, if you need a realtor, Ronnie is the guy to go with!

He is extremely knowledgeable about the market in East Texas and what will and wont pass inspections. Also Ronnie is an expert at VA loans if you are veteran. He is more than just a real estate agent, Ronnie has truly become a friend. I personally dont think 5 stars is enough for him.

Ronnie helped us find our retirement dream property! We found him when our realtor dropped us out of the blue, and we were in a bind. We happened to call him from the house ad we wanted to look at. He was also on the ball! In desperation we called him at 9p. He had permission and keys for the 3 houses we wanted to look at by 0800! He rocks!He also put up with a lot of windshield time. We looked at 300 houses on line, and about 30 with Ronnie. Im sure he wanted to give up on us, but we never knew it. We had a list of things our retirement house HAD to have. He took everything in stride!Highly recommend Ronnie for all realtor needs! He was also helpful with different maintenance referrals we needed.
