I highly recommend Ron Lyons if you are looking to buy or sell your home. After living in our Plano home for 14 years, choosing Ron to help sell our home was a very smart decision. Our home was in excellent condition but he gave us great advice on simple updates that help our home show at its absolute best! Ron was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We received multiple offers within 48 hours and his experience and honest evaluation allowed us to look at all of the options, never encouraging us to simply go with the highest offer without looking at every aspect that may hold up the process. He communicated well and often with the buyer agents. While selling a home during a sellers market seems ideal, it can create a lot of stress, but Ron was exceptional at making it as easy as possible for us.
