We used Roman to list our house and to find a new home. He came to our house and shared with us ways to best show it and then had a professional photographer take pictures to post. It sold in 21 days with 7 other houses listed in our subdivision. The problem then was finding a new home quickly! Roman helped us negotiate with the buyers of our home to have a longer closing to help with this. What we were looking for was hard to find and our standards were high. Roman would show us several houses in a day. He was never pushy and didnt make us feel like we had to make decisions quickly (even though we needed to). We finally found what we were looking for and we love it. We have recommended Roman to others and that is the highest compliment we can pay him.
