    I have known Reev for over 20 years. In 2002 he helped my wife and I buy our first home in Irving. He was one of the first people we got to know well and welcomed us to Texas. His knowledge, professionalism, and negotiation skills are top notch. Reev looked out for our best interest and assisted us in making sound decisions. We were new to the concept of foundation issues and Reev connected us with excellent structural engineers. The time he spent educating us on foundations allowed us to feel comfortable buying our home.When we moved back to Irving this summer, Reev was the first person I called. I had not seen him in 10 years and it as if no time had passed. He aggressively jumped on my call to find a new home for us in Irving. This time we presented Reev with a complicated contingency deal that allowed us to remain in Virginia for three months. This all occurred as the real estate market continued to rise and threatened to create problems for our deal. Throughout it all, Reev skillfully navigated unforseen repairs on the sellers house and kept us informed on all the progress.
