We met Robin through a shared interest some time before we even knew she was a realtor. After an unfortunate and expensive experience with a different realtor, we didnt know where to turn next. When we learned she was a realtor with a passion for land and Texas farm and ranch properties, we chose her to help us prepare and properly list our familys ranch property. We just recently sold our first home through Robin and she helped us with finding a new house for our growing family. I dont know where to begin, as Robin was truly one of the greatest blessing to our family. Robin is thorough, knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful, and kind. She is an expert in her field. We were consistently comforted as she walked us though every part of the sale: from preparing our house for market, staging, open house and all the way to selecting the best offer. With this crazy market, we were fortunate enough to have Robin in our corner. Because of her, we were able to get an incredible sales price on our home and we were able to find a perfect new home within our budget. In this market we did not expect such a smooth transition and Robin ensured we were well taken care of. Robin Kelly gets it done! Extremely professional knowledgeable and motivated! Being 1st time home buyers in a wild housing market we did not know where to start. Robin took a hands on, common sense approach to presenting our options and tailoring the experience to us. We felt well informed throughout the process and Robin led the way through each step. A question never went unanswered, we never felt alone or out of the loop throughout the entire process. She coordinated the efforts of our builder and our finance officer so well it truly felt seamless from start to finish. Ah, my Realtor Robin. To say that this experience has been a journey is an understatement. With the current conditions in the housing market, the word challenge doesnt really do it justice.Our new build took 14 months, from when we put down earnest to our closing date. Before that, we spent 6 months looking at floorplans, builders, and cities trying to decide on our perfect fit.Robin has been with us every step of the way, and I could not be happier. This is my wife and Is first time building a house, and Robins expertise was CRUCIAL, from frequent market reports, builder reputations, outlining processes during construction, coordinating with lenders and sales, and walking through our home regularly (pointing things out and giving us a good idea of what to expect). She has shown us incredible patience and was extremely attentive. We had several lunches, text conversations, phone calls, and meetups to discuss not only our home, but how we fit into the larger market in our area. Shes personally gone to bat for us with our builder/lender on multiple occasions, and helped us find our 3rd party inspector (who we loved).I could not have done this without her. I wish I could have an extra star on this review, as I feel she truly went way above and beyond.
