We were moving from CA to TX and we reached out to Kelly about year before we were ready to pull the trigger and thru out that year he kept in touched and checked in with us. We met up with him in October 2020 just to let him know what we wanted ultimately and he couldn’t have been a better guy. When we were ready to start our home search he was awesome and open to listening to our long list of wants. We needed him to checkout a house for us since we weren’t in the area and he did it without question! We were EXTREMELY fortunate to get the first house we put an offer on and Kelly made the deal go as smoothly as possible! We honestly couldn’t have had a smoother transaction if we wanted!
