What can I say about Rob Robertson? Persistent, tenacious, gracious, dedicated, loyal, and savvy. Our home search was full of twists and turns, victories and setbacks... and through it all, Rob was right there with the expertise on how to navigate a very complex process. Little did we know how competitive the real estate market was going to be when we started our search. We would look at a house and it seemed like an offer was made almost immediately by someone else. On our first attempt to purchase, we actually got to the contingent stage only to find our ideal dream home needed tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Rob navigated us through backing out of the offer without incurring any financial loss beyond an inspection. He bounced us back instantly by finding us other properties to check out. He took our main desires, which for us was good schools for our kids, and was able to show us what we really said we wanted was actually better in another location. As a result we switched our search location and found an amazing home. When it came to putting us in contact with everyone needed to close on a home.... Rob had a trusted team of partners that took care of almost every aspect of financing, titling, insuring, getting a warranty, and inspecting the home. In the end, his practice and knowledge not only got us our dream home but saved us thousands of dollars in the process. He’s a true professional, dedicated to his customers in almost every aspect. It was not uncommon to get a 10:00 PM text from Rob updating us on something to ensure everything went smoothly. Anytime I had a question, Rob was available within minutes. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered and a totally different and infinitely more positive and rewarding experience than the last time we purchased a home. Bad news is, he’s raised the bar for everyone else in regards to our expectations which will be hard to beat. I don’t know you or what you’re looking for... but I can tell you that’s what Rob is for and the very best at.
