Frank and Alyssa Ruiz at River City Property Team made searching for, touring, and deciding on a new home build in San Antonio a smooth and enjoyable experience. As a military family weve had to move often and each time is a bit stressful, but having a team of agents who are knowledgeable and willing to keep our needs at the forefront made the overall experience as easy as possible. There was no pressure to make a decision before we were ready and Frank and Alyssa were respectful of our price range and desired location, which cut out any unhelpful property viewing that would have been a waste of time. Having them act as the buffer between us and the builder also made it easier to ask for and get what was important to us in incentives as well as price. Moving from Florida to Texas was definitely made easier having professionals who make their clients needs a priority.
