My husband and I worked with Nan while buying our first home! It was important to us to have someone who knew Forney well since we weren’t from the area. Nan was so helpful in finding us the perfect neighborhoods and homes to sort through. She was so diligent in sending us new listings, talking through pros and cons, and was always up for touring as many houses as we wanted! Navigating the housing market as first time homebuyers was tricky, but Nan always thoroughly explained the answer to any questions, knew when to ask the important questions when we didn’t, and was so helpful in negotiating when we chose a home! Nan was definitely a champion in our corner and made us feel so supported! She went above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined in a realtor and made our house buying experience so easy. At the end of the process, Nan felt more like family than just our realtor! Tireless, focused, thorough, flexible, calm, helpful, and insightful are all great words to describe Nan Riter. She sold our house in a tough market and helped us countless times above and beyond expectations. We had our first buyer fall through day of closing and Nan had us back on the market that night with an updated listing and scheduled a open house the following weekend. When we had to hire someone to do the yard because wed left town and the house went back on the market, Nan took care it. My only regret is that she isnt in my new town.
