We had the best experience with Athens! My wife and I moved from Colorado in February and closed at the end of March. We got linked up with Athens when we came to visit family over thanksgiving and she took us around to see a bunch of houses so we could narrow things down a bit. While we were preparing for our official move, Athens was great at staying in touch and organized once we got to town.Athens strengths are her communication and observation of what our tastes were. Even though we were set up with getting homes that fit our budget/location/taste, Athens would throw in a couple other homes to look at that were what we ended up liking more than what we thought we would.She was considerate of my pregnant wife and was able to give scenarios for us to think about before making the purchase. Athens has a wealth of qualified references for any homes services before and after closing that we took advantage of. Quality businesses that operate in the same integrity as what Athens does.At the negotiation table, Athens was a great person to have on our side. Sean Sobieski and Rise Realty were outstanding in helping us purchase our first house. We were originally connected through Zillow trying to set up a viewing for another person, however Sean quickly became our agent as we found a location we fell in love with. Since we werent initially on the market, we felt like we were a little behind in preparation, however Sean was on top over every single aspect before we could even ask the question. He was able to get us in contact with a great lender, inspectors, and helped us negotiate a deal that we were extremely happy with. Hes local so he knew the area and market, gave great insight about structural/mechanical topics, and was always there when we needed him.We were extremely impressed and thankful all around, and after we closed immediately used him as a sellers agent for a different property. Sean will definitely be our recommendation and go to moving forward.

As a home inspector I have seen them treat their clients with the upmost respect and have never experienced them putting pressure on me to “change a report in order to close a deal”.
