Jessica and the rest of the team at RISE PROPERTY were fantastic; I’d definitely go back to them again for home buying or selling! They were exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable which is exactly what you want. The Rise Property Group was recommended to my husband and I by my in-laws as we began the search for our first home. We were moving from Corpus Christi to San Antonio and were looking for a good starter home.We were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with an amazing realtor, Jessica Medina, who met us where we were at and helped us find the perfect home! Jessica was so patient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. She helped coordinate everything (and there’s A LOT to coordinate) and kept us on the right track to close! Kiana Sonora & Rise Property Group handled our last transaction (during an outbreak of COVID) flawlessly. They are top tier! While we are clearly experienced home buyers, the market was crazy at the time & we bid on several homes before we found the fixer of our dreams! Throughout this process (which could have been an ordeal, but was not.) Kiana was positive, thorough, upbeat, professional, extremely knowledgeable and on top of every detail. Back in early October I stopped by an open house in my neighborhood on a random Saturday in Deerfield. Knowing I needed to get my house listed but was hesitant, I wanted to check out the comps in the area. Thankfully that day I met Jessica Medina. I felt like I met the right person to help me get the ball rolling to list my house. The following Monday she and her associate Dainelle came by my house to walk through it and talk shop. They showed up with all the info & answers I needed and made my decision an easy one to get my house listed with RISE PROPERTY GROUP. The next day they both showed up to help me stage the house & get pictures taken to get it on the market. Within a week, house was under contract! While Laurie and Dainelle were our primary representatives, they delivered using an entire operations team that interfaced us with the buyers and the builders.They operated with constant integrity to ensure not only were we taken care of, they made sure the other parties were fairly represented to us as well. They also made our home look stunning in the pictures when it listed.During our building phase, Laurie helped us find the right floor plan across multiple builders, and made sure we were taken care of and well-represented through the whole process.If you need to buy, sell, or build, make sure you use RPG for whatever you need!
