Highly recommend Tiffany as your Austin realtor. Found her YouTube channel, along with many others in the Austin area, and she came across as knowledgeable, sincere, and AUTHENTIC. This is a breath of fresh air among the sea of talking heads who are more interested in talking about themselves or their brand (or getting those likes). I found here to be an excellent listener and very detail-oriented (another rarity)...and patient! The entire process from first reach out to closing was about a year for a custom build in Santa Rita. Once we narrowed down the area, she provided a short list of top-rated communities and builders, which helped immensely and saved tons of time since was moving from out of state.Regardless of day or time, Tiffany would respond promptly to act as the buyers advocate, fielding questions and reaching out to the builder as needed. In addition, she is very approachable and personable, providing lists and facts about a community in terms of things to do, places to eat, along with HONEST pros and cons about an area.I would rate her a 6/5 if I could! Save yourself time and headaches - spend some time on her channel and reach out when ready. You wont be disappointed! A true gem for Austin...

My husband and I were in the process of moving to Austin and found Tiffany on YouTube. She generously shares great content on YouTube and educates viewers on Austin real estate market.Tiffany is very knowledgeable, caring, and super organized. She gave us great information about Austin and helped us narrow down neighborhood choices based on our criteria.We found our dream home within 2 weeks of searching; Tiffany was willing to work with our thigh timeline and was available the whole time. I have worked with Tiffany Moore at Rise and Shine Realty as my real estate agent for multiple transactions including on both the buy side and the sell side. We have successfully worked together across full-remote transactions and in person as well. In short I have experience working with her on a wide variety of real estate deals, and the common theme is that she is amazing. More details below.Years ago, before working with Tiffany, I ran a thorough due-diligence process to find the best possible realtor in the Austin area by doing heavy online research to create a short-list of agents. I set up intro calls with 3-4 of the best agents found during the online research process. Tiffany was the best by far so we decided to move forward with her. This kicked off our professional working relationship that has spanned years now. I stick with Tiffany for my TX real estate needs not just because I like her, but because she is the best.To be clear, regarding the technical skills, professionalism, and communication skills required to execute as a high-performance realtor, Tiffany is absolutely incredible. However, for me this is table stakes for any professional I work with. My wife and I found Tiffany on YouTube when we were thinking about moving to Austin several years ago. Her videos were extremely informative about the different areas, vibe, and culture in and around Austin. We made a short list of places to visit and found a city in the North suburbs that we loved. I include this because it highlights how well Tiffany knows and understands the Austin area and is an established expert.Fast forward two years and we had moved and rented a place, but were now looking to buy. Tiffany helped us narrow down our options, was quick to book us showings, and when we found a place, acted quickly to get a competitive offer submitted and accepted. Her selling style is very soft. At no time did we feel pressured or that our interests werent being considered. She even explained a few reasons NOT to buy several houses that we looked at so I was sure she was looking out for us.The home we settled on was intentionally priced below market value to sell quickly and submitting the offer was highly competitive. We saw the house the first day it was listed, Tiffany got us in on day 1. We were told to submit our best and final offer and that the house would go under contract within 3 days. This moment was the critical reason for why we needed an experienced broker like Tiffany. I do not believe that if we had worked with a less experienced agent that we could have negotiated, received the terms we wanted, and won the house. We had friends in the industry we could have used, but Im glad we followed the advice of working with a professional in which we didnt have personal ties with.After our offer was accepted, she helped with the inspection, connected us with yard and maintenance people in the area, and had a few special surprises for us at closing. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Austin area. Well absolutely be using her again!

Tiffany is the best! We love her. She has made the process of moving and finding our dream house less stressful and worthwhile. From the moment we had worked with her, she was on top of things and consistent. Very knowledgeable and knows the Austin area very well. She provided us with well thought out lists of the houses we might like, breaking down the pros and cons. She worked really hard to get our dream house and listened to the things we want and dont want. She is prompt and timely with our questions and concerns. Tiffany is very professional and we highly recommend her. Tiffany helped sell our home in Austin while I was away and out of the country. She managed communications with the attorneys, title company, buyers agent, tenants and property management company in addition to the service providers she brought in for photography, staging etc.She is a great communicator and above all a wonderful human being. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond what a traditional seller’s agent would do. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Hire her without hesitation folks.

I strongly recommend Tiffany for those who are looking for a realtor in Austin area. Back in late 2020, while searching for a house in Austin, I and my wife found her Youtube channel and as an excellent listener and patient, we finally found a new-built home in Rancho Sienna and closed the deal in 08/2021. Then, as we could not move to Austin as planned and again, she took care of entire process to sell the house in 03/2022 while we were in Virginia. Both buying and selling processes are done remotely, Tiffany always responds to questions promptly, act as the buyer/sellers advocate, very friendly and along with honest pros and cons of each process. If we would think about settling down in Austin (again), Tiffany definitely would be our choice.
