They identified potential homes to buy and accompanied us from offer to close of our new home. They especially worked well communicating with the builder, title company and mortgage broker/lender to make the sales to close process go smoothly.For our home sale, their team provided market insight regarding the home listing and supported open house events for prospective buyers. They helped us prepare a detailed listing and set of professional photos of our home. It was not the best market for selling a home in Houston and they worked tirelessly until we received a competitive offer for our home.
