I just want to say how grateful my family and I are with Therese. She helped us in a way, I believe, no one would’ve helped. We are not living where the house was sold and yet she was able to find take care of many issues we came across, find buyers and finally sell the house at the price we asked for. 12 years ago we found a broker to show us an “auction” property on a Sunday. Best connection ever!! We bought that property with Therese and since have bought more investments with her. She not only does the research, always is putting our interests as a priority, crunched numbers, and negotiates the best possible outcome.... she has overseen construction, decorated with a flair - better than some HG TV hosts, but has also rented our units!
