Our family truly believes that RIM Construction in El Paso,TX was a godsend when it came to selling an as-is vacant house. For us, Mr. Ricardo Bocardo was the real deal! His expertise as a custom home builder and remodeler/flipper gave confidence to initially meet with him… and drive almost 600 miles to do so. The meeting was straightforward, positive, respectful, without pressure, and resulted in on-the-spot fair cash offer. The offer was accepted without shopping for other offers in a hot COVID seller’s real estate market.Why RIM Construction/Mr. Bocardo?1. The family-owned local company looked legit as a custom home builder/remodeler/real estate investor with BBB A+ rating.2.
