We used Rick for the purchase of our home. Our situation was a bit unique in that we were moving from another country, and back to the US. We had less than 30 days to shop for a house, negotiate, and sign a contract. Rick went one step further, and made sure that we went to closing 17 hours after arriving in Texas.Rick was wonderful in arranging a showing of the house to our family members, arranging to answer all our questions and dealt with our concerns. He helped put us in touch with the administration for the schools that our children would be enrolled at, so that their educational needs were addressed as well.Rick went way further for us than any realtor had ever gone out behalf. We can’t recommend him high enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He does an amazing job, and hopefully this review will resonate with someone who needs to buy or sell property here in our area.
