I have to start off by saying I’m no easy customer. Ricardo was incredibly patient and supportive in showing us property after property in this crazy real estate market until we found one that we could finally call home. I’m sure if we had given him less constraints (price, location, amenities, size, etc.) he would have had an easier job, but instead of scoffing at our list of ridiculous demands he did his best to accommodate us and never pressured us into a buy. During the buying/closing process Ricardo advocated for us the best he could and was always quick to respond to all our questions. Purchasing a home, especially has a first time buyer, is never an easy or smooth process, but we’re really happy that we had Ricardo as our liaison, teacher and (now) friend. Thank you for being awesome at what you do!

If youre looking for a house, I would hands down 1000% recommend Ricardo as your realtor!!The housing market moves fast, but Ricardo works faster and was always on top of it for us. Well I have to start with all the negative thoughts I had before started looking for my home as several of my friends and relatives had hard times finding a place and winning the deal as you know right now the market is ridiculous crazy so I was coming already kinda afraid or expecting a disappointment and then I reached out to Ricardo and his team and since day one he give me hope and made me feel confident that I can get the home I like, now we just needed to find it. He helped me to get pre-approved for a loan right away, then we found a perfect home and my thought was we will loose the deal or I’ll have to put money up front as a lot of friends had to do to Win their home but not only we win the deal but he also talked the seller into go with my offer with no cash up front!!! and beating cash offers and 4 other offers!! All this in a record time of 5 days (last two days the seller was taking their decision) now I have my place as he promised, no headaches, and honestly I never thought it would be this easy but im certain that all this was because of Ricardo and his professional team, once again Thank you Ricardo and your team for your professionalism and quick response in any matter.

Ricardo is really awesome, He treats you like family. I was looking for homes in the DFW area while I was living in EP. We had constant communication and he was honest about houses I was interested in. He explained the market I was going to be dealing with. Very straightforward and honest. Ultimately I decided I could not afford my ideal home in the DFW area. So, he set me up with realtor in EP. He could have been done with me at that point but he would call me often to check in to see how everything was going. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and he always answered my questions. If I ever decide to move back to the DFW area he will be the first person I call.
