If you are looking for an agent, your search is over! Ricardo has your best interests at heart. He is fast, cooperative, flexible and is a GREAT negotiator. His services are uncomparable to others, he made everything so easy and was on top of everything always, so we wouldnt have to be with our busy schedules. He was always available for showings, and was very honest always with his advice. He explained the entire process from our search until our closing date, and was always available to answer our questions, with a lot of patience as first time home buyers.
