This is my first experience with selling a house. I met Mrs Reyes several months prior and had learned she was a realtor. She was a very genuine and pleasant lady. When I got ready to sell I called her and she stopped by the house to get some information. Mrs Reyes was very professional and knew her business. Within a week she had a game plan for me. We agreed on the listing and had 5 offers in six days. Mrs Reyes and her team kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and it went well. There were a couple issues that were out of our control but the Reyes team worked very hard to make sure the contract went through. They were more than happy to help even though it wasnt their problem. They are a fantastic group to work with. I will be using them for my next home purchase. Great job yall!

We met Itiel and Essau at an open house and put in an offer on one of their listings. We ultimately did not get that home, but two weeks later, Itiel got us under contract on the house of our dreams! We had been looking for homes for nearly a year without success and now we are moving in tomorrow! This was my first time purchasing a.home and I absolutely LOVED working with Itiel. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly attentive and informative and led us through the process with kindness and professionalism. She and Essau work as a team and were both present at our inspection, walk-through and closing. I HIGHLY recommend the Reyes team, especially if you are a first time buyer and have tons of questions like I did!

Essau provided us with excellent service and answered our questions. We had just moved to Texas and we had all the doubts in the world and were very nervous. He is very young but his professionalism and experience amaze. I have little children that we frequently took to see houses and Essau was very patient with them. He gave us our time and we never felt pressured. Works very well under pressure. Although our purchase has already been completed, it is still available in case I have any questions related to the purchase.
