I accidentally got connected with Rey through Zillow and it was the best accident that could have happened! He instantly gave me information on a house that was under contract that I had not realized but still in that same day asked if I wanted to see it! It was the very beginning of my process as a first time home buyer but the second I connected with Rey he immediately started informing me on how everything works as we searched through that first home! The house ended up getting sold to someone else and we ended up looking at about 10-15 more with Rey being completely flexible and super patient! Never once did he rush me on a house (To buy or while looking) and we ended up finding my now new house after first connecting almost 4 months ago! Rey feels just as much as a friend as he does your realtor, he’s super personable and always feels like you’re getting his honest opinion, and you can believe he will fight for you on anything you might have an issue with when it comes to your home! I couldn’t recommend Rey enough and am very glad I accidentally got connected with him!

I had an amazing experience with Rey, he did a wonderful job for me as a first time homebuyer. He’s very diligent and responsive, and walked me through every step of the way. Rey helped me negotiate concessions and even helped us get a new roof for the house! Even after closing, he’s still been in contact and has overall been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!! He will help you have the smoothest transaction possible.

My girlfriend and I basically got help with the entire home buying process through Rey.Not only did he help us get a home, he helped us find an electrician, a lender, an HVAC person, even the inspector we used for the house.He got us $5,000 off of the homes cost and $11,000 in concessions, and then even got us a new roof added to that.This man worked wonders and we couldnt recommend him enough when it comes to home buying, hes a professional in the purest sense of the word.(He also threw in cute gifts at closing, which is a type of customer satisfaction you dont see often anywhere, hes a gem)

Rey is the best! My husband and I fell in love with the first home we viewed but it was a little out of our price range. Rey was happy to make an offer we were comfortable with and when they declined, we kept viewing other homes. We always came back to the first one, though. Rey showed us several other houses, but kept working on the one we loved. We closed on our dream house last Friday and we couldn’t be happier! He also recommended an awesome lender AND inspector. He is the whole package! 100% recommend going with Rey!

Rey is a hard working, diligent realtor. He made sure that we were always in the loop and worked all the way through the signing. One night, he called us to let me know that the seller was changing the contract and we had only an hour to sign or the seller would keep our earnest money. If he hadnt seen that or not cared, wed have lost the contract and a decent amount of money. If Rey is still in the area, hes the only person that I will trust to sell my house.
