Lifelong Missourian who moved to Texas in November 2018. Wasnt sure we wanted to buy yet, so Reneta helped us secure a nice rental house in S Austin!Fast forward to 2020 (what a crazy freaking year). The owner of the house we rent told us in July they wanted to sell the house, which meant we had 5 short months to find a new home. We started by looking at rental houses again and wasnt having much luck. Reneta looked at several with us, however we just wasnt finding what we wanted. Of the course of a few weeks we stumbled upon a neighborhood in Kyle that we absolutely loved! There wasnt many rental houses popping up in this neighborhood so we leaped into home ownership in Texas for the first time! Reneta made the process so easy for us and we even ended up finding a great house in the neighborhood we fell in love with! She was always available for us anytime or day of the week and made many suggestions (home loan companies, home warranty companies, etc.) that ended up being better than what we were considering! Reneta is the best thing that happened to us in our journey of finding our first home in the US. We moved to Austin in April 2021. Our budget and options were quite limited and we wanted to buy a home that fits in our requirements. Since we were first time buyers, we did not have any idea about anything real estate. We met Reneta and she was so KIND!! So patient and humble that we could ask even the silliest of questions to her and she would patiently help us understand. She is very knowledgeable and knows about things which is outside an agents scope. She knows everything that happens at the lenders end, title companys end,an agents and sellers end too. She knows the entire process in and out. We just had to blindly trust her and follow suite. She would even schedule calls late night at our convenience to discuss the paper works and explain what each paper we sign was about. Now that our house is closed, we miss her!!!

Reneta is hands down the BEST Realtor! She helped us with our relocation to Austin! She has been instrumental in every phase! She helped us acquire our home during COVID when we could not enter the State without first being quarantined! She took tours for us using FaceTime and gave us thoughts and opinions as needed. She was available during our walk-throughs and was vocal if there was an issue needing to be fixed. She was our eyes and ears the whole time.
