Not only did Rene help my parents find a home, he made sure they closed under a month & half. After waiting over a year with a local builder, who they heard nothing but excuses from month after month. They decided to look at a few resales before giving up. This is when we found Rene. Rene was quick to schedule viewings, and put offers in. He would contact the sellers realtor to find out details about the houses that were not listed. He helped push the lender along at times which was great! His knowledge in this business definitely helped us make the right decisions.

Something unexpected was the video Rene included in the listing of himself describing as he walked through the property. Pretty awesome when you have the listing agent doing a virtual tour!
