Renee Zunker and her REAL team should be your first and final decision to guide you through your buying and selling process! We were stressed as we relocated prior to our house hitting the market, and were across the country for the entire process. Renee and her team guided us through the entire process masterfully, as if we were there in person the entire time. She was honest when we had questions, thorough when explaining each detail of the processes and transactions, and made sure we understood and felt comfortable in each and every decision we made. It paid off tremendously! She went above and beyond while checking on and making sure our home was protected against weather, and treated it as if it were her house while it was on the market. Anything we needed from letting contractors in, verifying workmanship and even wrapping our outdoor pipes during a winter storm, she was there every step of the way, on her own accord! She has a way of developing trust with clients that are second to none! If I ever need a realtor again, Renee and her team will be the first and last phone call made! Renee was so wonderful to work with! She was so patient with us while we sold our home and purchased our new one! We never felt pressure to make any decisions we were not comfortable with, instead we were reassured we needed to take our time to make sure it was what was best for our family. She was great at pointing out pros and cons in the properties we saw and made sure we were the ones making the decisions which was so refreshing. She was quick to respond to our messages and looked out for our best interest. Took us about a year to find our forever home and during the process she was giving us weekly updates, was available for us and was happy to help. Always friendly and professional, can’t say enough good things! We were very very happy with the whole process and would use her again in a heartbeat!

I cant say enough of Renee. She has helped myself and friends several times with buying and selling. The market has been very tough the last few years and you need someone that knows how to look out for you! Renee and her team know exactly how to do just that. My home buying process needed several changes and they knew exactly how to make myself and the seller get what they wanted. This deal would have never happened if this team didnt know how to make everyone happy and care to do so. I cant thank them enough.

This was our first time selling a home and I interviewed a few realtors in my area. I chose Renee because of her honesty. I wanted someone that understood we wanted to sell quickly. it wasnt just about the money we would both make but how the market was changing. We put alot of work into our home so pricing it where we both felt comfortable and it was still going to sell quick was important to us. I wanted honest opinions and Renee told us her opinions and ideas if it didnt sell as quick as we wanted. We sold our house in 4 days, had multiple offers and even an offer over asking price all during our quarentined time of COVID-19. She was quick to make changes because of COVID and get our house on the market with amazing photos and 3D virtual tours. Her & her team make it so easy throughout the entire process of either selling or purchasing a home in and around the San Antonio Area. If you’re out of state she will conduct FaceTime viewings and record to upload for you to view at later times too. She worked with every aspect of our unpredictable lives to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for while reducing the stress of worrying about not being there physically. The military life can be stressful, but home-buying doesn’t have to be as long as you have the right people on your team!
