Linda Hall has helped me buy not only my first home as a single woman who had no idea what I was doing to now my 2nd home!The first home I purchased with her was late 2021 where she held my had through the entire process from being there for appraisals, helping me get my insurance and water and electricity. She sat at the closing reading each and every letter I was signing and making sure I understood before we moved on to signing the rest. Later that year I had issues with my escrow account and linda handled it all she told me who to call and etc. I didn’t even know what an escrow account was …Fast forward to TWO WEEKS ago when I purchased my 2nd HOME! I am now a home owner of TWO properties at 25 and she helped me with all applications, all paperwork she physically took my mom to the bank to get a last minute bank statement from my account since I was at work before the closing! SHE IS AMAZING,I can’t express how much help she’s been! She’s definitely gone above and beyond with both my closings.
