Absolutely love Debbie and the Remington team. She and everyone we dealt with treated and continue to treat us like family. I bought my first house with her 10yrs ago and she made it such an easy process. And used her services again to sell that home and purchase another home a year ago. We love how she listened to all of our concerns and helped us find and her our dream home.

We’ve used Remington Team Realty twice now and I recommend them to everyone I know. I had the pleasure of working directly with Debbie and she made sure we got what we wanted and didn’t have to settle. She’s always there to answer questions and walk you through each step of the process. Buying & selling a house is stressful enough so having a realtor you trust and depend on is important. Remington Team Realty is the best out there.

If it were possible to leave a 6-Star Review Id do it for Remington Team. These people are really incredible. Its not just that they are professionals (they are!)...its that they really care about their clients. When my wife and I were selling our house in Ft. Worth, Debbie took care of everything while we traveled out of the country. She gave us solid, honest advice, and didnt back down from a single challenge we threw her way during the sale of our home. She even made arrangements for cleaning, new carpet installation, and termite treatment that were very reasonable and affordable for us. I cant recommend Remington Team enough, and I cant imagine choosing another brokerage for our future needs. Thanks, Remington Team!

Courtney Forsythe went above and beyond for us. Not only did she take the time to listen to our needs and desires, but she also drove over two hours to help us find our new home in the town we wanted to live in! She also teamed us up with her lender, Craig, who helped get us some great rates. Overall, our experience was easy, fast, and headache free. If we ever decide to move again in the future, we will only use Courtney as our realtor and her expertise.

BEST REALTOR IVE EVER MET/WORKED WITH!!!Where do I even start with Debbie, first off the first phone call I had with her was amazing and very helpful! Debbie reassured me that we would work with the distance and she would take care of us!We were living in Colorado and moving back to Texas, so as you can imagine looking at houses online 12 1/2 hours away was stressful and Debbie worked with me all the way through & stayed in contact with me daily until I was able to get down to Texas to go look with her!THEN...after looking and driving around for nearly a month every single day to 5 different counties (yes that is not a typo) 5, we finally found our dream home!!Call it picky and we probley were but Debbie stuck with us through the whole time and always reassured us we would find “that house” and continued to tell us she did not want us to settle and that to us was amazing!!!From start to finish Debbie has treated us like family and that we were her only client, she never tried to sell us on a house and truly wants what makes you and your family happy and what fits your family and your lifestyle!She truly is the best and looks out for you and your families best interest all the way!I could go on and on about this amazing woman but if I can say anything about Debbie is that she is probley one of the most hard working, determined, loving, and selfless people I have ever met!We love her so much and will use her for all of our real estate needs in the future!REMINGTON TEAM REALTY IS THE BEST!!!!!- The Smith Family

We flew into DFW & are now owners of a beautiful home with few acres.Because we were still in Virginia, Val took over being there to assist us with the loan process via phone and emails.
