Maureen & AC made us feel like we were their most important, special clients even though we didnt have a lot to spend a few years ago when buying our first home. We needed a lot of hand holding & question answering being first time home buyers. Maureen and AC were a pleasure to work with. I personally didnt work with AC much (my ex was working with him while I was working with Maureen), but they work together as a team and did their absolute best to make the selling of our home easy. I had a million questions and Maureen answered them without seeming inconvenienced. She is a very busy person but shes great at texting back or will call whenever she has a moment. There were some hiccups in our process but that wasnt their fault (the buyers changed the closing date twice on us and their lending officers took their time with decisions). Overall, Maureen, AC and their team were great and I would recommend them.

My son and I chose Maureen to be the agent to sell my home because she was a local agent, lived in Hutto and knew all about Hutto and why people are looking to move to Hutto. Maureen and AC went out of their way to help me after my husband passed away things moved really fast. Our son came home on Emergency Leave and because we did not know if he could come back after the house sold we decided at the last minute I needed to move immediately to VA. Maureen and AC met us and explained what they would do and could do to help sell my home. I had to leave numerous pieces of furniture behind which was used to stage the house and then they donated the items to people who needed them. They ensured the house was in tip top shape before actually listing it so I could get the best price for the house possible. Maureen kept in touch with me every week sometimes more than once a week via text msg, phone call or email. I never once had to ask her twice about what was happening. After we got an offer on the house she recommended a counter offer which was accepted. Maureen and AC went out of their way to help me since even though I thought I was handling things fairly well considering the circumstances, I realized I really wasnt and Maureen and AC took up the slack I thought I had been taking up. The staff made sure to answer every question we had, so we understood what was going on every step of the way when selling our home.The family that was purchasing our home got covid, had issues with securing the loan, didnt respond quickly, and just had issue after issue. AC and Maureen worked extremely and exhaustively hard. Worked long hours (late night hours) to sort thru every issue that arose, and went thru every document (multiple times) to ensure everything was done correctly. They didnt just push it through because they wanted to get it done faster. They made sure we got every penny the buyers agreed to. They even helped us financially allowing us to borrow for a mortgage payment to reduce the stress, because of the issues that kept arising from the buyers. An amazing couple and team. Always going above and beyond. The appreciation goes beyond words.

After looking at and interviewing several real estate agents, we hired the Rookers of Re/Max Vision to sell our house in Taylor. We selected them because they demonstrated that they had a better idea of the Taylor/Hutto market than other real estate agents out of Austin or Georgetown.After selecting the Rookers as our agents, they were very helpful in helping us price and market our home. AC and Maureen were helpful in showing us what we needed to do to get our house ready and staged to sell. One of the key differences that we noticed between our listing and others were the quality photographs. The pictures AC took really showed our home well and we had many showings right away.AC helped us through negotiations when we had offers and we ended up selling our house for more than we had thought we would when looking at comparable houses in our area.
