RE/MAX and Terry Lockett took over as property management for our home a few months ago and they are the best weve had! We had colonial and sunburst realty prior and they were rough. Lockett within a WEEK of taking over fixed things we had asked for help with for years like our dangerous tree in the back looming over the power lines. Not only that, they sent out kind Christmas cards with mini calendars, personally came out to each property to drop off spicket covers before the freeze, and to top it off are now getting somebody to come spray insulation in some of the older homes( like our duplex) to help with high electricity bills. I dont leave bad reviews, only good ones where they are deserved and these guys have integrity, thankyou for looking out and doing the most for the people when nobody else is. -

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Margaret Pleasant. My best friend recommended me her to me, and Im thankful she did. Her kindness and professionalism are unmatched. From the moment we met I knew all would be well. What I appreciate most about Mrs. Pleasant is her heart to walk with and teach her clients about the home buying process from start to finish. Whenever I had a question she did not hesitate to answer any of them. Also, I appreciate her punctuality on taking care of anything that needs to be done. Chris Lockett has been out relator through both buying and selling. He helped us buy our home and sold it for us 3 years later, then helped us purchase our second home. Currently we are in the process of putting our house on the market and looking to buy another, I wouldnt use anyone else but Chris. He is an amazing relator, very personal and will work with you no matter how ridiculous your home needs may be. I have had nothing but amazing experiences using Re/Max Temple-Belton and Chris Lockett as our relator. -
