From start to finish Maribeth provided exceptional professionalism and dedication to our out of state home purchase. My family and I moved from Michigan to Texas. We needed someone with lots of experience in this move since we were not familiar with the Princeton, TX area. Maribeths experience was paramount in our final decision. Which so happen to be the very 1st home we visited. She listened to our wants and needs and found us our dream home. With her connections across the area we were also setup with secondary and tertiary choices that were absolutely excellent and AVAILABLE! Given the market conditions we couldnt have asked for or been blessed with a better realtor. As a US ARMY veteran I wanted someone with experience utilizing the VA Loan. She is a mother of 2 veterans and was more than equipped with the process of using that loan. Maribeth, Thank you for all that you did for us. My family and I are super happy now.
