Jackie is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. She cares about her clients and their best interest. She takes her time to explain and make you understand from start to finish, and even answers ongoing questions. I called her about my taxes and homestead. She walked me through the steps via a phone conversation as i am limited on in person meetings and it was all taken care of over the phone. My family and i will continue to be lifetime clients.
