    Mike helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and had everything so organized so it made a first home purchase an amazing experience. Mike worked so hard to help us make sure we did everything necessary to have a smooth title process and we could not have asked for a better realtor. My family uses Mike as well, and our friends now use Mike as well. We tell anyone needing a realtor to use Mike and his team. Mike listened to us and allowed us to really make the best investment we could have made for first time buyers.     Our family sold our first home and purchased our new home with the services of Mike and Pam Schroeder. Selling or buying a home can be stressful and confusing but Mike and Pam made both transactions very smooth and enjoyable. They were very detailed, honest and informative with the process. Everything was explained step by step and their follow up with everything was excellent. Even after it was all said and done we got emails and cards showing their appreciation. They are very professional and at the same time treat you like family.     I love Mike and the team at RE/MAX Preferred Homes! I have used them for two home purchases and a home sale so far, and every time they have exceeded expectations. In tough markets they have been extremely dependable and provided sound advice that made sure I had a contract accepted on my dream home, and got the highest price in selling my home. The photos they took for my listing were amazing and really did a great job marketing it. I instantly had lots of interest in that house.     My husband and I have been using Mike and his team for our home buying needs for over 10 years now. He is always honest and works hard to insure our happiness. My kids are even big fans of his as he always greets them with a hug and a popsicle and juice that he keeps in the office for any visiting kiddos. He also goes out of his way for the community. Every year he host a number of events including free Santa pictures, which we have done every year since my daughters birth. He does a toys for tots drive on the same day. He is a great man, and his team is equally as great. Only realtor we’ll ever have.
