Looking for a full service agent that goes above + beyond for both a seller and buyer? look no further and call Christine. Ive used Christine for selling our house. She takes great care as we were leaving the country and managed all repairs, contractors, painters, flooring people to get our house ready for the market. She has professonals for staging,etc. She knows the community and area very well. Ive used christine for buying as well. She Knows i like fixers. She has vision and has an unlimited list of resources she use for remodeling including an architect. I always ask her for advice to make sure Im not overspending or underspending for the neighborhood.

CHRISTINE IS WAY BEYOND AWESOME!!!!! DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!Its not just that she did a great job selling the house for top dollar, she performed many other services that were way beyond what I would have expected any realtor to do.Due to the deaths of parents, we had to sell a vacant house in The Woodlands that had multiple owners who lived out of state. We had several realtors evaluate the property, all of whom had 20+ years of experience selling homes in the area. Christine was by far the most detail oriented, as she noticed many features that the others missed. We believed that she would do the best job of selling the house for the highest price, as opposed to putting in as little effort as possible to collect an easy commission.Christine took complete ownership of managing the property for us as if it were her own home. She arranged for junk to be removed, furniture to be donated, painting, repairs, and cleaning. She had a colleague inspect the roof after a hail storm. She notified us when the lawncare company damaged the yard. When the buyer complained about wet spots in the yard, she coordinated with both the sprinkler company and a fountain repair company to troubleshoot and perform the repairs. She notified the title company of mistakes she found in the contract. She always answered calls promptly, even on evenings and weekends.Christine was serious about selling the house at fair market value, not just taking a low offer. Ultimately she sold the house for the list price during a challenging market. I cannot recommend Christine highly enough.

They are very knowledgeable, customer focused and well connected in the community. They are professional and will go above and beyond to help their customers. You will not regret working with them buying, selling home, even have them help you manage your rental properties! They are also very caring and treat their clients as their own family members. Truly the best experience with any service provider I have hired, ever, period.This might be one of 2 or 3 reviews of any business that I have felt compelled to write, and maybe the first positive one. I was literally blown away by the way my family and I have been treated by Christine Hale and her team, and I am happy to share our experience. Christine was our selling agent for our home in the Energy corridor/Westside Houston, and our house was under contract within two days at asking price (the price my wife and I wanted to list at). Christine then went to work on finding us a home in the Woodlands, and my experience working with her and her team has helped me to the realization that a truly great realtor is worth every penny that they earn. We looked at dozens of homes over the ~3 month search, and by the end, my wife and I had finally stopped trying to find homes on our own and let Christine drive the process, she knows the neighborhoods in and around the Woodlands extremely well, and picked up on what we wanted immediately. Christine found an off market deal on a house that was in our budget in a neighborhood that we adore. We went under contract, negotiated some niche items, closed smoothly, and have moved into our beautiful new home...the service from the Hale team has not ended to date even as the transaction has been done for close to 2 months. The way my wife and I were treated made us feel like we were Christines only client, but she has one of the busiest teams in the Houston area. We have felt cared for and respected throughout the process and I will NOT share all of the extremely generous things that the Hale team did for us along the way, because they have gone above and beyond what should be expected from a real estate broker. Or maybe, they are just setting the tone for how truly great brokers/agents should treat their clients...I will recommend the Christine Hale Remax team to everyone.

We have bought and sold 6 homes across the US and the experience has not always been good but when the opportunity came to move to Houston( Woodlands Area) we were connected to Christine by our realtor in Tulsa, OK the experience was simply the best we have had very knowledgeable, professional, and the entire staff was friendly. We just recently sold the home again using The Hale realty Group and that experience was no different than the purchase. We highly recommend them for purchasing and selling you will find no better group.
