We went into contract right before the big freeze this year and things went down hill quick! Jamie Powell was on top of it and turned a bad situation around! From contract to close she kept us in the loop, stayed on top of the sellers agent and hired all of our inspectors! We were informed of any updates and were guided through all the tribulations! We wouldn’t have our home without her! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and a go getter! She really works for her clients! Thank you!!!

I would recommend Jamie Powell as a realitor to list your home with. She is a very competent and hard working individulal with accesses to services needed in getting a home ready to sell. She sold our home quickly and dealt with some unexpected issues with professionalism and experience. She is the best!

Very positive! The Buyer negotiated several elements from the time the contract was signed to a few days before close. Kim was always available and did a great job in explaining what was being requested and applying any changes with amendments, etc. promptly and accurately. We were fortunate enough to use Kim in selling our old home and purchasing our new and would highly recommend to anyone for either service. A+++

When it comes to getting things done, Jamie is ON IT! The plus side to working with someone like her is not only her motivation to push to get her clients the best deal, she has so much random knowledge about things to look for during your home buying process. I mean any question you could throw at her, she has an answer; if she doesnt shell find one within 30 minutes for you. By far one of the best communicators, which is really important during (what can be) a stressful process.If you need help getting connected with great people for certain services such as painters, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, etc. she has that information for you as well!I couldnt imagine anyone being disappointed by working with this woman.
