Chuck came highly recommended and I know why. He was easy to communicate with, full of helpful suggestions to market our property in the most appealing way and always available, even after hours, for any questions or problems. One of our neighbors has had their property on the market for nearly two years and I’ve recommended Chuck to them. I truly believe Chuck could find a buyer for them, too.I wish all my real estate dealings could be with Chuck! Highly recommend. Chuck did a great job keeping our unoccupied home in “show ready” shape. He replaced light bulbs, cleaned dock area and driveways. He is very knowledgeable about types of markets for our home. He took excellent pictures. Guided us through the negotiations for the sale. And overall he’s a delightful person to work with.

Pam Rose was our realtor and she was exceptional. Always attentive and able to meet us on our schedule over many months as we searched for a second home around Lake Livingston. I cant imagine how many miles she put on her vehicle just for us but I know it was a lot. I would recommend her wholeheartedly for anyone that is looking to purchase. She worked hard for us through the entire process.

In our opinion, he is the best in the business with the highest integrity. He exceeded our expectations in keeping us informed, always responsive to our questions, punctual to meetings and calls, very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Buddy followed up and communicated with us in a way making us feel important, never felt negated or uninformed. In addition, he is also highly personable with an engaging personality and great communication skills. We worked as a team. We told him what we wanted and he researched the areas for a property to meet our needs. He is a very hard worker. He even went above his duties during the holidays to make sure the repairs were completed when we choose our property. He has many years of experience with the Lake Livingston real estate market and understands it. During the time our property was listed, he always responded to us in a timely manner and was available for calls, texts, meetings, and showings. His team produced high quality photographs and overhead drone video to properly showcase the property through multiple internet sites. Chuck personally vetted potential showings and provided notice to us prior to the showings. He persevered through the Onalaska tornado, the COVID-19 crisis, worked with outside agents and an unfamiliar title company, but still closed the sale. I would recommend Chuck for real estate needs in the Lake Livingston area and would not hesitate to use him again.

“Would highly recommend Charles Miller as a real estate agent for your next home sale. His understanding of current market conditions and attention to detail on what it takes to get the most out of the home sale made it possible in my opinion to sell the property listed for a good 10-15% higher than what other like properties were selling for and it sold in 2 weeks-time. He made the tired looking home come to life with the way he set the rooms and lighting. He may need to take up a second career in photography. Even went as far to enlist is personal drone to take some shots above the property, Wow! Always kept me up to date and was very responsive to my many questions. I do not know too much about this real estate office because I did not visit them up went to the business next to them but the commercials I see on TV about them seems like they would be a good real estate agency to get with the sell your property I think if I was going to sell my property I would give them a chance to sell my property.
