Vicki is a great agent. She has been living in Harlingen all her life. You get honest feedback as a buyer and it takes lots of patients for home buying. Its the knowledge you want. We were able to make a purchase and the property was within all our requests and the Neighbours are great. Makes a big difference to have someone who just helps and does not push for a sale. She’s on your side. Also I like how she knows how to help you get settle and connect all the utilities, clean the house and waited for us to arrive with the keys. I haven’t interacted with anyone in this office because Vicki has always been my only contact. She’s good with email and text.I can say if you work with Vicky you get a real homegrown valley expert and not a sales agent. She’s great with interacting and is very straightforward in expectations . I would say she is honest and easy to deal with. I still tay in contact.Advice: ask for her e mail and e mail her. She will be in touch within a few hours.

I’d give Vicki more stars than just 5. She has been just incredible from the get-go. She showed us homes that other agents declined our request to see!! She showed us several that fit the criteria, but just didn’t quite click, but let me tell ya, when the right one came along, she was Vicki-on-the-spot. Set up the viewing for asap, FaceTimed a walkthrough with us since we couldn’t be there. Immediately SHE knew that was the one for us (and she was so right) and helped to make it all happen. We value her honesty, her opinions and her expertise and knowledge about homes. She gave us guidance, was in constant communication with all parties all the time, and BAM, next thing you know, offer accepted, financing in place, and closed - all in less than 30 days. And she hasn’t stopped there, she’s got all the contacts and is still helping get people lined up to do what we want done after closing. Not only do I consider her a great realtor, she is also a great person and we look forward to a continued friendship with Vicki.

I have worked with Ms. Divine on the purchase of two homes and five investment properties. She has always taken the time to listen to me, to advise me (correctly) on true market price, renovations, and has made the process extremely easy.I dont want to get bogged down running here, going there. She arranges everything, I just arrive for the signing, and we are done.
