Morgan is such an incredible realtor! We were very difficult clients, not sure exactly what we wanted but were very sure when we didn’t like something. Morgan had the patience of a saint with us. She would help us vocalize what we did like vs what we didn’t like and then she would adjust our search accordingly. She indulged us viewing each and every house we asked to view (even though I’m sure she knew ahead of time that we wouldn’t like them). Not once did she make us feel rushed or pressured and she constantly reassured us. Morgan ultimately got us into a house we didn’t think would be possible. I can’t think of a better realtor to have in your corner!

I can’t say enough great things about Cindy. We were connected through my realtor best friend from out of state whose team conducted research on the best agent in DFW. Cindy’s name came up and with good reason. She was proactive and professional throughout the process. We started looking at the beginning of the summer, and Cindy was so patient in showing me numerous homes until I found the right one months later. I was coming from out of town, so we covered a lot of ground trying to find the right area. She is knowledgeable and keeps up with the current market, which proved to be helpful when it came time to submit an offer and negotiate. Cindy was super responsive to my many questions and made me feel comfortable that I could call or text her at any time. Even post-closing, she has been available to recommend contractors as I renovate my home and even followed up to make sure her referrals had done a good job. This is our second time purchasing a home, first time selling. The first time was stressful and we had to do a lot of work and research for our own resources and even homes to vonsider. It was so stressful that we were dreading selling and buying again. However, with Mark as our realtor this time it was such a completely different process! Never once did he put anything on us to figure out. He never called with an issue that he didnt have at least 2 paths to resolve the problem and he made this transition as stress free as possible! He found us the perfect house on day 1 and he was quickly able to find a buyer for our fixer upper home! 10/10 recommend him to everyone.
